About the house & the concept

In a large, detached house in the middle of the beautiful UNESCO Biosphere Entlebuch, a special shared living community is coming to life. It is a place for people who enjoy life to the fullest, are uncomplicated and have a healthy, positive aura.

The property offers plenty of space and consists of three separate units – maximum privacy is therefore guaranteed:

• Your Base (The large apartment): Here, 3 free, fully furnished bedrooms are available. The apartment has its own bathroom for the girls as well as an additional shower/WC. Perfect for long-term living or flexible getaways.

• My Base: I (born 1987, Swiss, 1.80m, well-groomed, athletic, nature-loving) live in my own separate apartment in the house. I am single, have no children and live here alone – so you can expect a relaxed, unattached and absolutely uncomplicated environment without family hustle and bustle.

• The Future: A smaller, third apartment is later to provide space for its own gourmet delicatessen manufactory (or a cozy bar).

We are not looking for roommates of convenience, but for real, life-loving personalities. You fit in perfectly here if you:

• 🌿 Are nature-loving & active, but also appreciate sociability, good wine and enjoyment.

• 🥩 Are not a vegetarian (culinary openness and love of meat/delicatessen are part of the program here).

• 🧼 Value a healthy, well-groomed lifestyle and an aesthetic environment.

• Are honest, loyal and simply a “good person” with a great, positive aura.

Hard Facts & fair rental model

• Rent: CHF 500.– / month (fixed price including utilities, electricity, internet when fully occupied)

• The enjoyment plus: Once the planned delicatessen production business in the house is successfully up and running and generating sales, it will directly and positively affect your rent! Those who live here benefit from the shared success.

• Location & public transport: Idyllic in the countryside. The nearest post bus stop is a pleasant 10-minute walk through nature. Having your own car is an advantage, but not an absolute must.

• Move-in: Immediately or by arrangement.
