Description
Our private house is located picturesquely directly on Lake Zurich. It was extensively renovated in 2022, and further cosmetic repairs followed in 2023. It is conveniently reachable from Zurich Main Station in about twenty minutes by train, and Wädenswil station is only a five-to-eight minute walk from the house.
In the immediate vicinity of the house there are parking spaces in the white zone on both sides of the street, and behind the house there is a private parking space exclusively available for our tenants (only on request).
Thanks to the central location near the Wädenswil motorway exit, a quick arrival by car from Zurich city centre is possible in about twenty to twenty-five minutes, depending on traffic.
In the surrounding area you will find various shopping facilities, restaurants, banks, post offices and shops, including the Müller drugstore and pharmacy.
The house is equipped with a comprehensive camera system, and a discreet entrance is located at the rear of the building.
The four lovingly furnished rooms offer a dreamlike view of the lake and are the ideal place for your erotic experiences.
